What will I be doing as an Assistant Manager at Applegreen?
1. Support the Site Manager in operating the business in strict accordance with the Applegreen Systems Manual.
2. Assist in driving sales and achieving sales targets.
3. Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures to consistently deliver brand standards.
4. Assume responsibility for the site in the absence of the Site Director/Site Manager.
