About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in developing and delivering the digital content strategy across multiple markets. Your goal will be to optimise digital marketing efforts, enhance the brand's online presence, and significantly boost website and social media performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain the company website, including all content, visuals, and tools, working closely with external agencies to improve UX/UI and functionality.
* Develop and execute strategies to increase website traffic, establishing clear goals and KPIs.
* Plan, manage, and optimise digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising).
* Oversee social media strategy, ensuring consistent brand messaging and optimised engagement across all channels.
* Create and manage digital and editorial calendars collaboratively with marketing, sales, and product development teams.
* Regularly update and manage the company blog, newsletters, and social media channels, ensuring engaging and cohesive content.
* Analyse and report on digital marketing performance, using tools such as Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, and various A/B testing methods to continuously improve results.
* Collaborate with advertising and media partners to amplify marketing outcomes when needed.
Who We're Looking For:
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
* 5+ years’ proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on content creation and performance marketing.
* In-depth knowledge of ecommerce, PPC, SEO & SEM, along with experience training and mentoring team members.
* Solid experience managing digital campaigns across multiple channels (SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising).
* Competency in analytics platforms, ads management, email automation, and A/B testing tools.
* Practical experience with CMS systems and a working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
* Highly analytical mindset with a creative flair for content creation and audience engagement.
* Passionate about keeping up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
