This company has appointed Hays to recruit an Office Manager for their site in Omagh.
This is an office-based role.
Your new role
As Office Manager / Site Administrator, you will provide administrative support and coordination services to a busy operational site.
In your role, you will be the key point of contact for meeting coordination, team support, and general administrative tasks.
You will oversee the daily operations of the site office.
Your key responsibilities:
* Preparing and distributing meeting minutes and action items.
* Conducting document controls including creating packages, collating documents for the site team, and assisting sub-contractors with queries.
* Liaising with the procurement team.
* Managing anomalies and costs.
* Reporting weekly and monthly data and information to site teams, key stakeholders, and partners.
* Handling all correspondence and maintaining a log of messages and actions for periodic review.
* Diary management and coordination with business and external stakeholders.
You will maintain a professional image for the company in all interactions with the public and stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
As Office Manager / Site Administrator, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience within a similar role.
You will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
You will be able to utilise the full suite of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe, etc.).
You will be able to exercise the utmost discretion in dealing with sensitive data.
You will have experience prioritising a range of activities or projects on behalf of an organisational leader.
You will be familiar with social media platforms and how to use them effectively.
You will have significant experience of working within the Construction Industry.
You will hold an ECDL, Pitman or equivalent qualification.
