Part-time Facilities Assistant Permanent, Part-time post Working Time 2 days (Monday & Tuesday) 10am-5pm (30 mins break). Our client a leading Facilities Management company is seeking to hire a Part-time Facilities Assistant to assist in the management of the facilities function on a client site in Dublin 2. You will be responsible to ensure the general upkeep and appearance onsite, working closely with the Facilities Manager and the client. Required Skills & Experience: Experience in Customer Service, Administration, Reception/Events. Knowledge of FM services an advantage Well organised with excellent time management. A high level of attention to detail. Ability to work on own initiative. Fluent English. MS Office proficient (Word, Excel & Outlook). Duties: Supporting the Facilities Manager in the smooth delivery of facilities services on site. Ensuring any gaps in the facilities service are reported to the Manager. Greeting clients and staff in a professional and welcoming manner Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times Reporting any maintenance issues onsite to the Facilities Manager. Issuing of permits to contractors and accompanying them on site, if necessary. Assisting with building floor walks, Identifying and reporting hazards and incidents, ensuring H&S standards are being maintained. Assisting in resolving facilities issues and emergencies Actioning any service calls logged with the facilities helpdesk. Setting up meeting room and providing ad hoc support to the client. Completing monthly timesheets, daily/weekly checklists, site reports etc. Controlling of in-house facilities documentation.
