What You'll Do: Engineer and enhance Contact Center platforms (voice, email, chat) Design and maintain complex routing strategies using Genesys Composer & Amazon Connect Optimize performance, monitoring, and automation for high-availability systems Support 24/7 production environments ensuring stability and resilience Work with Docker, Linux, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments What You Bring: 7+ years experience in voice & routing (Genesys, Amazon Connect) Expertise in agile methodologies, automation, and cloud platforms Ability to lead, innovate, and optimize enterprise-scale platforms Experience with carrier portals (Verizon VEC, AT&T Business Direct) Why Join Us?
