We are recruiting an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join our finance team in a leading organisation in the FMCG/manufacturing sector.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional to take ownership of payroll processing, compliance, and reporting within a well-established and growing company.
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll while maintaining compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
* Work closely with HR and finance teams to support payroll operations and streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Processing: Administer and process weekly and monthly payrolls for approximately 170 monthly ROI employees, 30 weekly employees, and 30 NI employees.
Payroll Compliance: Ensure payroll compliance with Irish tax laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate employee payroll records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
Reporting: Prepare and distribute detailed payroll reports for management and finance teams.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in payroll processing within a high-volume environment, proficiency in Sage Payroll or a similar payroll system, and strong knowledge of Irish payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance.
Additionally, we are looking for candidates with excellent numerical and analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with multiple departments.
What We Offer: A competitive salary ranging from €35,000 - €40,000 per annum, depending on experience, career progression opportunities in a growing company, and exposure to payroll automation and process enhancements.
Location: Based in Ballybofey, County Donegal. Full-time, Monday to Friday.
