Our client, a large, international firm, requires a Senior Events Manager to cover a 12-month Fixed Term Contract position. This role offers an excellent salary and benefits and would suit an experienced Events professional. Experience working within a professional services environment on a busy events schedule is a necessity.

Duties:
* Creating and managing various events and webinars for different departments across the firm.
* Supporting Event communications to include writing, editing, reviewing and issuing communications.
* Liaising with Manager to ensure top quality events.
* Building strong relationships with external venues and suppliers.
* Liaising with the larger marketing team on branding, content, promotion and social media.
* Budget management for all events.
* Continuously looking for new events opportunities, guest speakers and event technologies.
* Providing regular updates to the wider Marketing Team and Senior Management within the Firm.
* Providing ongoing improvement within the team by encouraging the team to identify opportunities for process enhancements, increased automation, and streamlined workflows.
* Support with any other duties as required.
Experience:
* BA in Marketing or related
* 7+ years Events experience ideally within a corporate environment.
* Excellent ability to deliver complex events, including both virtually and in-person events.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with good attention to detail and accuracy.
* Organised and flexible on supporting multiple projects.
