Weighbridge Administrator/Operator
Job Description
The leading Maintenance contractor for Motorways and National Roads in Ireland is seeking a Weighbridge Administrator/Operator to join their team. This role is 12pm-6/7pm, on-site, and is a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Record all customer orders and assign resources to fulfill customer requirements
* Liaise with CBE Galway and CBE Sligo to ensure all deliveries meet specifications
* Determine job start and finish times with customers to effectively allocate resources
* Monitor the Tracker System for on-time deliveries
* Collections and queries regarding product ex-works
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding to phone and email inquiries
* Assist and resolve customer enquiries
* Liaise with Production Manager for production schedule requirements
* Evaluate Bitumen product supply and demand
* Organize collection of Bitumen products to meet demand
* Update storage tank usage cards and record test status of all products
* Process purchase invoices and match GRNs to invoices
* Liaise with Operations regarding discrepancies
* Issue monthly statements and address customer queries
* Submit VAT workings to group on a bi-monthly basis
* Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor site deliveries, visitors, and contractors
* Coordinate chemical off-loading and transport provider liaison
Requirements:
* Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience using computers for various tasks
* System integration and acquisition formalities experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications (SharePoint, O365, Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Deadline-driven and resourceful problem solver
