We are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant for our client in Dublin 5.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Attention to detail, accuracy with recording information.
* Organized and precise.
* Good PC Skills, including Excel and Word; experience in an accounting package would be an advantage.
* Experience with bank reconciliations and basic account preparations would be an advantage.
* Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently, with the ability to plan and control workload.
* Strong technical accounting skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.
* Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recording all receipts and payments, inputting into accounting software, and monthly reconciling of banks.
* Registering and invoicing vehicle sales.
* Preparation of financial information for management.
* Interaction with various departments within the company (administration, finance, sales, workshop, parts).
* Other ad hoc duties as the need may arise.
