Job Title: HR Internship Location: Cork, Ireland Reports To: HR Manager, Ireland Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Advisor to join our team in Cork.
The successful candidate will support the HRBP team across the UK and Ireland, reporting directly to the HR Manager for Ireland.
This role is pivotal in driving data analysis, corporate programs, early careers initiatives and talent management coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Cork office Take responsibility for first line queries in Cork office to ensure that HR demonstrates excellent stakeholder relationships, escalates to the HRM where required.
Data Analysis: Prepare data for UKI dashboard in line with EMEALA approach Collect, analyse and report out on UKI HR metrics to support decision making, whilst reviewing market comparable details Work with HRBP for each BU to ensure that People Plans review cadence is achieved, updated and successfully achieved Assist team with ensuring that Workday data is reviewed for accuracy through deep dives by BU and update accordingly Corporate Programs: Assist in the implementation of global HR talent programmes to ensure full delivery, including OTR development, DRIVE programmes Take responsibility for local annualised compensation programmes, for example minimum wage, apprentice reviews, incentive programme reviews.
Review of vehicle exceptions with reporting out to HRD Early Careers Actions: Drive initiatives to retain early career talent Take specific DEI actions which will progress the intake of apprentices towards our 30% gender target Assist with the coordination of internships, graduate programs and social value development activities Talent Management Coordination: Support talent management processes including OTR succession planning, and employee development.
Collaborate with UKI managers to address talent needs across 172+ grades General HR Support: Provide day-to-day HR support and advice to employees and managers within Cork office Driving DEI activities for UKI to ensure a cadence is in place for UKI, in order to progress towards our target of 20% 175+, 16%
