Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Sales and Customer Service professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in French, both verbally and in writing, and will possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include handling incoming sales enquiries, maintaining contract files, and providing high-level back-office support to customers.
Key Account Management duties may also be required.
Candidates should have a friendly and professional telephone manner, with the ability to update data as it is received from customers over the phone.
Previous telemarketing and outbound calls experience is desirable.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all Company sales targets and KPIs, qualifying leads and referrals, and achieving productivity while meeting key performance indicators.
Additionally, they will undertake specific tasks and projects as directed by the Sales Manager.
Prior experience in sales, customer service, tele sales, and/or account management is essential.
This role requires strong organisational skills, self-motivation, competitiveness, and assertiveness.
