Contract: Fixed-term with Cpl – strong potential for extension
Hours: Monday to Friday | Regular office hours- Hybrid- 3 days in the office

Your Role & Impact As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless order process from start to finish.
You'll manage daily orders, resolve queries, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a friendly, multicultural environment.
Your responsibilities Order Management Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and efficiencyHandle inquiries on stock, deliveries, invoices, and order statusEnsure timely reporting in line with business requirementsManage returns and product information requests Customer Engagement & Loyalty Build strong relationships with both internal and external contactsShow empathy and ownership in resolving queries and concernsYour Skills & Experience Must-Haves: Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish AND Portuguese and advanced English (C1/C2)Strong PC skills, including Microsoft OfficeExperience in customer support or order entry, OR a strong motivation to work in this field Bonus Skills: Excellent communication & problem-solving abilitiesOrganised, proactive, and committed to continuous improvementTeam player with a positive, can-do mindsetSAP experience is advantageous—but don't worry, full training is provided!
