About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Accounts Assistant to join our team on a 9-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Invoicing & Statements
* Income Reconciliations
* Monthly payroll processing
* Bank Reconciliations
* Credit Control
* Medical cost refund claims
* Co-ordination of insurance schemes
* Collating information for grant schemes
* Oversee submission of financial accounts
* Collection of fees and fines
* Monthly administration of company pension scheme
* Support to other departments
* On-going administration of company health insurance policies
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A minimum of two years' experience in an Accounts Department
* Strong numeric skills and experience in accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and credit control
* Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Excel
* Experience with a computerized accounting package, ideally SAP Business One
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent planning and organizational skills
* Strong time management
* Thorough knowledge of payroll processing including payroll taxes, holidays, and benefits
