**Role Overview**
The Person in Charge role at our client in the Disability Sector is a fulfilling opportunity for someone looking to progress in their career. Our client provides residential support to service users and utilizes a strengths-based approach, enabling each individual to live their best life.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement person-centered plans to ensure service users receive tailored support.
* Maintain open communication with service users, families, and colleagues to foster a collaborative environment.
* Conduct regular assessments and reviews to evaluate service users' needs and adjust support plans accordingly.
Requirements:
* A minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework (BA in Social Care Studies, Social Care Management, or equivalent relevant qualification in Health or Social Care).
* Post-graduate qualification in Social Care Management or Management Qualification preferred.
* At least 5 years of experience in the Social/Health Care Sector, including 3 years in a senior/supervisory/management role.
* Demonstrated competencies and skills in working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
