Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our client’s team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks, from managing financial accounts to coordinating office operations.
What you will be doing:
* Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including managing debtors, creditors, and sales invoices – ensuring smooth financial operations by following up on payments and preparing VAT returns.
* Keeping things running smoothly by managing deliveries and client interactions efficiently.
* Supporting our client’s team by managing payroll tasks and contributing to a well-organised payroll process.
* Prepare monthly accounts reports for the company accountant.
