Our client is a global leader in semiconductor manufacturing, specializing in analog, digital, and software technologies for various markets.
We are seeking a Principal Product Marketing Engineer to join the team, focusing on power management technology (LDOs, Buck-Boosts, and Linear Regulators).
The Role:
* Product Champion: Assume full responsibility for the LDO and Buck-Boost portfolios, developing strategic roadmaps, managing product lifecycles, and spearheading new initiatives.
* Market Maven: Cultivate strong relationships with global sales, field application engineering teams, and act as the primary interface with customers, keeping them informed on product roadmaps and developments.
* Driving Demand Generation: Develop winning business cases for new products, secure leadership buy-in for successful launches, and collaborate with the product definition team to translate customer needs into clear product requirements.
* Empowering the Team: Provide ongoing support to sales, FAE, and marketing teams, enabling them to generate new business opportunities and achieve design-in wins. Set product pricing strategies.
* Market Intelligence & Communication: Contribute to market analyses, value proposition assessments, and competitor evaluations. Develop compelling go-to-market materials in support of marketing campaigns and social media initiatives.
Your Profile:
* A Strategic Powerhouse: Possess a blend of strong self-motivation and strategic thinking, with a proven ability to translate market needs into actionable product plans.
* Seasoned Marketer: 5+ years of combined engineering and marketing experience demonstrate your ability to navigate complex technical concepts and translate them for diverse audiences.
* Power Play: Prior experience with power semiconductor products will give you a significant edge.
* Communication Virtuoso: Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills are essential for success.
* Technically Adept: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) is a must. A Master's in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) or an MBA is a plus.
* Global Player: Willingness to travel up to 25%, including some international travel, is required.
