Job Title: People Transformation Lead (12 Month Day Rate Contract)
We are seeking an experienced individual to lead people transformation and change initiatives, including new product introduction, service optimisation, and new platform implementations.
Key Responsibilities
* Programme Management: Lead and manage complex, large-scale projects within a matrix-managed, regulated environment.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key business stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives.
* People Transformation: Oversee the design and implementation of new operating models, skills development, and training programs.
* Orchestration: Focus on high-level orchestration of projects rather than getting involved in granular details.
* Learning and Development: Design learning programs and people plans to support the transformation.
* Business Contact: Maintain strong business contacts across three streams, leading steering groups and people working groups to ensure plans stay on track.
Required Skills and Experience
* Project Management: HR project management and fluency with various project management methodologies.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Strong ability to engage and manage stakeholders at all levels.
* Transformation Experience: Proven track record in managing people transformation and change initiatives.
* Organisational Design: Expertise in designing new target operating models and organisational structures.
