A competitive opportunity has arisen for a Health & Safety Officer/Advisor to join our client, a leading Civils Main Contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the H&S Manager during audits/inspections of workplaces.
* Contribute to incident investigation and support site teams during Start Up meetings.
* Keep up to date with legislation and attend Client and/or supply chain meetings as requested.
Requirements:
* Experience in construction activity or related field.
* Basic communication and presentation skills.
* Punctuality, organisational and methodical approach.
* Inquisitive nature and ability to keep up to date with industry developments.
Qualifications:
* NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
* Local PD/CDM and PSDP/PSCS training.
* SMSTS/IoSH MSIC certification.
