The Client:
My Client is a €100m+ turnover Main Contractor with a strong reputation in the market and over 60 years of continuous trading.
We are searching for an experienced Site Manager with a background in managing Industrial Building projects.
This Company offers continuity of work in Leinster, as they are also involved in Residential, Education, Commercial, Healthcare, and Industrial projects in the area.
As this is an established, close-knit team, we're looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team, takes pride in their work, and supports others in their success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring project milestones are met.
* Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades.
* Manage EHS as per company and industry standards.
* Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
* Manage site records, progress reports, and day-to-day problem-solving.
* Monitor project costs and ensure resources are used efficiently.
Requirements:
* Degree qualified in Construction Management or a trade background with previous site management experience.
* 2+ years of construction experience as a Site Manager/Foreman.
* Strong knowledge of construction practices, regulations, and safety standards.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project schedules.
