Our client is seeking an experienced and creative Brand Marketing Manager to lead the strategic growth of their innovative brands. Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a Brand Marketing Team of three, fostering growth and collaboration.
3. Brand Management:
Act as a brand guardian for 3 different brands, shaping marketing identity and storytelling to promote brand differentiation.
Provide marketing support for the overall corporate brand.
4. Campaign Management:
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including TV, Radio, OOH, Digital (Social Media), PR, POS, and in-store displays.
Drive storytelling and promotional activities tailored to B2C and B2B audiences, measuring campaign effectiveness and ROI.
5. Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to inform marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team to measure and adapt campaigns based on performance data.
6. Financial Oversight:
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
7. Partnerships & Collaboration:
Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external agencies to deliver effective campaigns.
8. Project Management:
Support strategic projects with clear critical paths and key milestones to ensure success.
9. B-Corp Integration:
Embed B-Corp principles, fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and sustainability within the organization.
Role Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (additional qualifications such as a Master’s or Diploma are advantageous).
2. 5-8 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in a management role.
3. Proven ability to develop and execute brand strategies that drive growth and market share.
4. Strong organizational and time-management skills, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
5. Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional collaboration.
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
7. Creative thinking with the ability to adapt to market changes.
8. Analytical skills to extract insights from research and campaign results.
