OT Infrastructure Engineer Long term day rate contract Fully onsite REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in computer science engineering, electrical engineering or automation. More than 2 years of network infrastructure solution experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry, or more than 3 years of production environment infrastructure operation experience. Virtualization operation experience (VMWare and Nutanix). Experience in physical installation of server and network infrastructure. Experience with Dell multi-host blade systems. Network architecture and engineering capabilities, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, network IDS/IPS, Active Directory, domain integration and firewall. Experience with thin client software solutions. Understand standard file systems, such as hardware design, network design, FAT and SAT. Understand cGMP, especially biopharmaceutical production and automation system. Understand cGMP, especially applicable to biological manufacturing and automation system. JOB ACCOUNTIBILITIES: Maintain OT infrastructure and applications, perform life cycle maintenance, patch management, network management, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting. Support production equipment and system access to OT network, including network connection, IP allocation, clock synchronization, domain and account settings, antivirus installation, patch installation, backup system access, etc. Maintain contact with Global Automation Group, deploy and manage OT infrastructure support tools, including performance monitoring and alerts/backup and recovery/version control and Syslog. Maintain contact with Global Automation Group, deploy and manage automation infrastructure support tools (such as SEPM, NTP, SMTP, file synchronization, RDS license, SIEM, thin manager, etc.), as well as various automation applications (OSI PI, SQL Server, Simatic Logon, PM Analyzer, version dog, thin manager, etc.); Plan and install patches, Windows and other system updates, and plan, implement and report preventive maintenance, patches and upgrades of the manufacturing system network. Continuously optimize the operation of network infrastructure, including computer and account management, automation integration, service optimization, data collection and backup, security audit, etc. Draft, review and approve change requests, SOPs, work instructions and design specifications. Work with the validation and quality team to ensure quality compliance during project implementation and operation. Manage user requirements, annual budget planning and allocation, and inventory management.
