* Advise clients on all aspects of Transfer Pricing, from documentation and compliance to policy design, business restructuring, and dispute resolution.
* Innovate by developing digital tools and solutions that maximize the client experience.
Responsibilities
As a Manager, you'll:
* Manage a diverse client portfolio and seek opportunities for growth and development into a senior management role.
* Cultivate strong client relationships while leading day-to-day project aspects, business development, and consulting engagements.
* Thrive in a hybrid working environment, managing client expectations, coaching team members, and reporting to experienced senior managers, directors, and partners.
* Champion innovative thinking, curiosity, and self-directed learning, driving the implementation of digital technologies within our business and for our clients.
* Play an active role in training junior and senior staff, fostering a learning culture.

Requirements
You should have:
* 4+ years of Transfer Pricing consulting experience, ideally in a mature market with a focus on consulting projects.
* A degree in accounting, economics, finance, international business, law, or a related field. Post-graduate degree or qualification preferred.
* Strong commercial thinking, ability to identify market gaps, and contribute to business development.
* A proven track record of managing successful engagements, including coaching, training, technical expertise, and financial management.
* A strong commitment to personal and professional development.
* Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and initiate business development.
* An enthusiastic leader with a passion for coaching, motivating, and developing others.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
