Wexford General Hospital is currently recruiting a Grade V Personal Assistant to the Hospital Manager.
The successful candidate will provide full high level administrative support, including direct PA duties to the Hospital Manager. He/she will ensure that the Hospital Manager’s Office operates efficiently and effectively and also ensures delivery of a high quality service in the appropriate administrative areas of responsibility which includes the supervision of assigned administration staff.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide high level administrative support to the Hospital Manager.
2. Ensure efficient operation of the Hospital Manager’s Office.
3. Supervise assigned administration staff.
