We are seeking an experienced and motivated Part Time Front Office Receptionist to join our dedicated team.
This role will provide a friendly and efficient service to guests, handling reservations, group bookings, and upselling hotel outlets.
The successful candidate will be proactive, take ownership of tasks, and possess strong attention to detail.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Handle guest reservations via phone and email in accordance with company standards
* Experience dealing with group bookings from enquiry to arrival
* Upsell hotel outlets
* Take initiative and see tasks through to completion
* Attend daily communication meetings
Requirements:
* Experience working as part of a reception team in a 3-star or higher hotel
* Previous experience with Opera Cloud an advantage
* Good organisation and administration skills
* Highly motivated and team player
* Professional English required, other languages a plus
* Professional appearance required
* Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond
