Contract Program Manager Role - 6 months, Extendable

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Advisory & Engagement Division, part of a multinational pharmaceutical organization. The successful candidate will work on legal, compliance, and risk management solutions management.
Key Responsibilities
* Program Leadership: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they align with organizational goals and objectives.
* Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation. Identify and mitigate potential risks.
* Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful program execution.
* Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track program success. Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.
* Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations and standards.
Requirements
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
* Project Management Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
* Experience in ethics, risk, and compliance, with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices.
* Analytical, senior stakeholder management, strong communication, influencing, and consulting skills.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
* Technical proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
Desirable Qualifications
* Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences Enterprise Org Industry experience.
* MBA or advanced degree is desirable.
