About this role:
The Mortgage Resolutions Administrator is responsible for managing the letters and ARA completions processes, ensuring relevant documents are applied to customer accounts according to ARA decisions made at Credit Committee meetings.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Providing a high-quality administration function
* Drafting and issuing ARA related letters within Service Level Agreements (SLA)
* Managing the closing stages of applying ARA completions to customer accounts
* Contacting borrowers to review outstanding payments or shortfalls if required
* Assisting in resolving any issues that may arise during the completions process
Requirements:
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent
* Accredited Product Adviser (Loans) / Qualified Financial Adviser (desirable)
* Experience/Knowledge of Personal Insolvency/Bankruptcy Regulations
* Candidates should have strong customer service skills, experience in debt restructuring, and demonstrated understanding of financial products
Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum
This position requires excellent time management & organisational skills, experience in MS products (Microsoft Word & Excel is desirable), and competencies in Collections, Legal & Compliance, IT Knowledge, Accuracy & Quality, Influencing/Persuasion and Negotiation skills, Team Working, Communication skills, Judgment and decision-making, Problem Solving, Customer Service, and Strong administrative & letter writing skills.
