A new permanent position has just become available for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join the Financial department.
The company is an employer of choice within the Automotive industry based in Co. Kildare.

Role of this position
1. Preparation of credit reconciliations and accrual reconciliations
2. Weekly reporting for management
3. Assisting with month-end processes and reporting
4. VAT returns
5. Contributing to finance team in improving quality and business development
6. Working with internal and external partners/stakeholders
7. Assisting with developing ERP and business management systems
8. Documenting internal control procedures
9. Other ad hoc projects as required by Office/Finance Manager
Job Requirements
1. You will have 1-2 years’ experience within a similar role
2. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAGE 50 is an advantage
3. You will have strong interpersonal skills and you will be detail-oriented and deadline-driven
