We are seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, this role is essential in supporting our company’s marketing, communication activities, and events, with a particular focus on social media management, content creation, and internal communications.
The responsibilities will vary and require you to prioritise tasks effectively, collaborate with colleagues on marketing initiatives, and manage your workload efficiently.
DUTIES
1. Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for our social media platforms.
2. Manage the content calendar, ensuring all team members utilise it to its full potential.
3. Develop content for our website, newsletters, and other digital channels to strengthen brand visibility.
4. Collaborate across teams to integrate digital elements into broader campaigns.
5. Support internal communications to keep the team informed and connected to company news and updates.
6. Maintain and enhance the consistency of our brand’s identity across all marketing materials.
7. Serve as a contact point for all regions, stakeholders, and external bodies regarding brand guidelines.
8. Create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations to support internal and external communication.
9. Collaborate with wider teams on tender and award submissions to ensure high-quality, cohesive presentations.
10. Assist with creating event materials, ensuring all promotional assets align with the brand.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1. Relevant qualification or certification in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, PR, or a related field.
2. Minimum two years’ experience.
3. Previous marketing experience in the construction sector is advantageous.
4. Hands-on knowledge of best practices in social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
5. Proven experience crafting effective communications, whether written, visual, or audiovisual.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
7. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
8. Strong creative thinking skills with a keen eye for brand consistency.
9. Proficiency in WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite.
10. Ability to organise and plan effectively.
11. Fluency in English, with an ability to communicate brand messages effectively.
