Job Description
The Security, Operations and Compliance Manager plays a pivotal and critical role in leading three inter-dependent teams that underpin all other work. This key position sets direction for each team, thereby influencing the stability and reputation of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* To lead diverse teams to strive for excellence and achieve exceptional results.
* To maintain required certifications such as ISO 9001, 27001 and GAMP, and ensure they are up-to-date.
* To improve the security of our products and infrastructure by implementing robust controls and automation.
* To be the primary point of contact for security and compliance-related queries, providing expert guidance and support.
* To maintain alignment with TT policies and procedures, and foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
* To perform vulnerability management and continuously review and refine processes to drive improvements.
* To ensure key plans are reviewed and robustly tested, including DR and Incident Management Plans.
Qualifications:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in an IT managerial role with a focus on security and compliance.
* Experience in delivering and maintaining certifications, such as ISO 9001 and 27001.
* Familiarity with audit processes and standards, including GDPR, GAMP, ISO 9001, NIST, and ISO 27001.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to both end-users and Enterprise Leaders.
* Proven leadership, planning, and co-ordination skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multi-discipline team.
* Experience working with security tools, such as SAST and DAST scanners.
* Experience in areas such as Vulnerability, DR, and Incident Management.
* Proficiency with various technologies, including cloud hosting platforms, CI/CD automation, security test tools, and collaboration tools.
