Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily administrative duties, including processing sales orders, generating picking lists, and coordinating with the warehouse for timely dispatch.
* Provide front-line reception support by answering, screening, and directing incoming calls while maintaining a high standard of service to all customers.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by addressing queries swiftly and professionally, maintaining clear communication via phone and email, and identifying opportunities to upsell additional products.
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service and reception duties.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team.
* High attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
