Job Description
The primary focus of the role is to support the Project Director responsible and the Irish board to develop and grow client relationships and our presence in the Dublin and wider region. Responsibilities include:
* Business Development to grow our client portfolio and bid management support.
* Support the real estate Director to identify and recruit new team members and develop teams to successfully deliver on commissions.
* Lead programme and project management commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
* Act as the key, day to day office lead and key client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met.
* Contribute to the overall strategic and operational management of the business, with a particular focus on our Dublin operation.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Manage commissions under your control to meet client and business objectives;
* Leading and facilitating the overall cross functional project team;
* Deliver the skills necessary to meet technical objectives for the commission;
* Comply with Business Management System requirements;
* Ensure contracts for services for commissions under your control are in place with all clients/sub-consultants;
* Monitor and apply performance management techniques, including the use of KPI’s to improve project performance;
* Manage the flow of project information between the project team and the client;
* Implement risk management techniques appropriate to the project;
* Plan for and the ongoing management of quality, safety, health and environment issues;
Marketing and business development, to include:
* Identifying opportunities to develop new business with existing clients;
* Proactive in the identification and pursuit of new clients/new business;
* Assisting in the production of bid documentation;
Qualifications
* Degree in engineering, construction management or an equivalent technical qualification.
