About the Role
* We're looking for a Recruitment Advisor to implement employer branding activities showcasing our open culture and brand truths. You'll share insightful recruitment data to support strategic decision-making and optimize talent acquisition processes.
* You'll partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop the employer brand and achieve recruitment goals. You'll develop talent pipelines in critical locations and translate our employer value proposition into compelling narratives encouraging deep candidate engagement.
* You'll proactively identify innovative resourcing solutions, taking full ownership of the recruitment process from initial vacancy briefing to candidate onboarding.
* You'll own the recruitment and selection process, reviewing applications, conducting initial screening, and providing insightful commentary to Hiring Managers regarding candidate suitability.
* You'll cultivate talent pools for future opportunities and engage with high-potential individuals, assessing their long-term fit and building a robust personal network of talent for future growth.
You'll Bring:
* Prior experience in-house high-volume recruitment within insurance, financial, or professional services environments.
* Familiarity with Workday or similar candidate management systems.
* Familiarity with Textio, Odro, and Broadbean is advantageous.
* Proven experience sourcing diverse talent via passive methods like targeted headhunting and active engagement through talent pipelines, application systems, and database searches.
* Sharp analytical skills to extract trends from data informing strategic decisions and optimizing the talent acquisition process.
* A good standard of general education (GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English).
