About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic Legal Secretary to join our team in South County Dublin. The successful candidate will work on a 4-day week, providing exceptional support to our case management services for individuals with catastrophic care needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment through prompt and professional communication.
* Liaise with Case Managers regarding cross-over cases involving expert witness reports.
* Coordinate appointments, meetings, and preparation of materials for senior staff members.
* Provide administrative support to Case Managers and other team members, including assistance with paperwork, applications, and tasks.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and case files, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and data protection regulations.
* Finalize expert witness reports in a timely manner.
* Manage filing systems, correspondence, documents, and personal files.
* Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
* At least 2 years of experience in a busy office environment.
* Strong MS Office skills, including Excel.
* Excellent typing speed and IT skills.
* A flexible approach, friendly disposition, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
