About the Role
The General Services Manager will be based in Limerick and be responsible for leading and developing services across various lines, including catering, DOC, and GXP cleaning, as well as security teams.
Main Responsibilities
1. Manage and develop services across service lines on-site, ensuring delivery to the highest standards in line with client contract requirements.
2. Drive service excellence and ensure customer satisfaction through strong people management skills.
3. Maintain a safe and compliant environment by following processes and escalating gaps to resolution.
4. Manage subcontractors in areas such as pest control, groundskeeping, and other facility management services.
5. Review and ensure strong financial performance, meeting health, safety, food safety, and legislative requirements.
6. Collaborate with SME support teams in finance, health and safety, quality, and human resources to utilize their expertise.
7. Support the ROI operations lead in developing business strategy aligned with current and emerging client needs.
8. Evaluate governance at each site versus agreed Vested Contract criteria.
