Responsibilities:
* Input and process a high volume of timesheets from multiple sources on a weekly basis.
* Address payroll-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
* Liaise with external providers as required to resolve queries.
* Collaborate with the Finance Team (including Credit Control and Reporting) to address payroll issues.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems for all transactions.
* Manage the Payroll inbox efficiently.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience working in payroll roles.
* IPASS qualification is desirable.
* Strong Excel skills are essential.
* Excellent understanding of payroll systems.
* Process-driven approach to tasks.
* Exceptional administrative skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
