We are looking for an experienced Construction Recruiter to manage a dedicated desk for a major global construction contractor.
This role involves high-volume hiring across all levels of construction roles for large commercial builds, including data centers, warehouses, logistics centers, and manufacturing sites across Europe.
This is a delivery-focused role with no BD function, ideal for a recruiter with a strong construction or engineering background who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement.Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.Source and engage top construction talent through various channels.Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.Ensure a smooth candidate experience and effective pipeline management.Track and report on hiring metrics, ensuring targets are met.Key Requirements:Proven experience in construction recruitment (agency or in-house).Data center recruitment experience is a strong plus.Experience recruiting into European locations is a strong plus.Strong knowledge of the construction industry and job market.Ability to handle high-volume hiring and multiple open roles.Experience sourcing technical and on-site roles at various levels.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to work independently and meet recruitment KPIs.This is a highvolume desk with great potential for increased earnings.
The role is permanent, commission based.
