Role Description
Our client is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity which will allow the successful applicant to join an exciting and well-established business in Cork.
Job Description:
1. Ensure payroll is completed in an accurate and timely manner
2. Payroll Administration, Payroll Processing
3. Experience with ROI and UK payroll and pensions
4. Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance
5. Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is important
6. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
7. Excellent organizational and time management skills
8. Managing the Timesheets from the Clock-in system for all stores
9. Calculation of commission on a monthly basis. This includes calculation of public holiday commission and holiday commission
10. Adhoc duties
Qualifications:
1. IPASS
2. Irish and UK Payroll previous experience
3. Minimum 2 years payroll experience
4. Strong Excel Skills required
