About the Job
We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our client, a global organisation in the financial services industry, based in Dublin City.
This role involves providing depositary oversight, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining client relationships, and delivering timely and accurate reporting, with a focus on real estate and property fund structures.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Act as the primary contact for allocated property clients and internal stakeholders.
* Manage day-to-day client relationships, ensuring timely escalation of issues.
* Oversee onboarding for new funds/structures for assigned clients.
* Review fund documentation, including prospectuses, supplements, and valuation policies, from a depositary perspective.
* Attend and present at quarterly board meetings and due diligence visits.
* Assist with the preparation and submission of management information (MI) to depositary committees.
* Provide governance reporting and engage in service calls with operational teams.
* Conduct periodic reviews of investment restrictions and investigate any breaches.
* Maintain the regulatory breaches register and ensure prompt communication with clients and internal teams.
* Complete monthly and quarterly client reports, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
* Prepare quarterly board reports and fund risk assessment reporting.
* Update and monitor regulatory breaches and error registers, reporting any issues to relevant boards and regulators.
* Assist in completing annual on-site inspections of real estate sections in administration companies.
* Participate in team projects, including regulatory updates and process improvements.
* Contribute to the development of property procedures and escalate risks/issues as needed.
Requirements
* At least 57 years of experience in the funds industry, ideally in depositary, compliance, or relationship management roles.
* Strong knowledge of depositary/trustee regulations and Irish fund requirements.
* Experience with complex asset and fund structures.
* Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* IT proficiency.
