Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage new business leads generated by marketing
2. Identify and engage new introducers to support business growth
3. Work with recent acquisitions to unlock new client opportunities
4. Deliver compelling sales presentations both in-person and virtually
5. Build awareness and relationships within the Employee Benefits market
6. Ensure smooth client handovers to delivery teams and finance
7. Maintain accurate client records and track sales pipeline
Who We’re Looking For
1. A self-motivated sales professional with a proven ability to develop and grow a client portfolio
2. Strong knowledge of employee benefits, including risk and retirement solutions, health, dental, optical, and wellness offerings
3. Experience engaging with C-suite decision-makers and delivering persuasive presentations
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven
Qualifications & Experience
1. BA/BS degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
