Job Opportunity: Payroll Administrator/Accounts Payable Assistant
We are currently recruiting a full-time Payroll Administrator/Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team. This role involves processing the weekly payroll for approximately 150 employees and supporting the accounts payable department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and process payroll for all employees, ensuring timely receipt and processing of timesheets.
* Evaluate accurate calculation of wages, overtime, deductions, and benefits.
* Process payroll adjustments and corrections.
* Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and deductions.
* Maintain compliance with Irish payroll regulations, including PAYE, PRSI, and USC.
* Prepare and submit statutory payroll reports and tax filings.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a payroll position.
* Good knowledge of all aspects of payroll processing.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Possesses the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
* Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
About Us:
We offer a competitive salary of €32,000-€38,000 per year and on-site parking. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday in an in-person setting.
