The Role
We are looking for a CSRD Reporting Analyst to join our team under the One Finance Organisation Structure. This role will play a key part in helping Musgrave prepare for its reporting responsibilities under the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage data collection of base CSRD reporting metrics from various business units/locations.
* Support Sustainability teams in implementing 'Growing Sustainably Everyday' KPIs and targets.
* Analyse and assess performance against metrics, identifying trends, gaps in data collection, and areas for improvement.
* Develop and prepare relevant reporting to stakeholders on key CSRD and Sustainability strategy metrics and targets.
* Support the selection of technology solutions and work with IT to understand data collection and reporting requirements.
* Support updates to relevant policies and develop new policies where required.
* Support acquisition due-diligence to ensure new acquisitions align with data requirements.
Requirements:
* Qualified accountant with a minimum of 2+ years post-qualification experience.
* Interest in the area of sustainability.
* Good understanding of data and systems.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills.
* Self-starter, hard-working, and committed with willingness to learn and develop new ways of working/processes.
* Attention to detail with strong financial and analytical skills.
* Ability to plan and prioritise workloads to agreed deadlines.
