Job Description
The Implementation Director will oversee the delivery of the Contract, driving relationships, performance, and morale within their team.
This role requires a high-calibre individual who is an ambassador for the Contract, leading teams in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

* Be the relationship owner and primary contact for Mace executive team engagement.

* Manage client relationships, converting visions into deliverable onsite plans.
* Act as the authority's representative for the Contract.
* Coordinate the Contract, working closely with delivery teams, consultants, and contractors.
* Provide reporting and ensure resources are well deployed and managed.
* Determine and track delivery milestones and key performance indicators.

Requirements
* 15+ years' experience in programme/project delivery across Infrastructure programmes of significant size and complexity.
* 7 years of senior management experience (experience delivering rail PPPs preferable).
* Able to lead and manage a team on large and complex construction and/or rail projects.
* Able to manage multiple technical requirements and teams within a construction environment.
* Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
* Able to create a collaborative culture across the project team.
* Strong team leadership skills with an ability to influence design decision-making.
* Possesses a positive 'can-do' attitude and can work on several projects simultaneously.
* Able to prioritise effectively, meet deadlines, and deliver consistent service.
Desirable Qualifications
* Minimum Level 8 degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject area.
* Level 9 Masters in a relevant field would be advantageous.
* Chartered member of a relevant professional body preferred.
* Membership of MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS/MICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
