### Job Description:

### Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns via multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat). Actively listen to customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide prompt and effective solutions to enhance their experience with Kerry Group’s products and services.
2. Order Management:
Manage order processing from receipt through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products. Track and monitor customer orders and deliver timely updates regarding order status and potential delays.
3. Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, logistics, and product development teams to address customer needs and provide feedback for product improvements. Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, contribute ideas for service improvement, and discuss challenges.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints in the company CRM system. Generate and analyze reports on customer service performance metrics to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
5. Customer Engagement:
Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and reinforce relationships while identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Implement innovative customer service strategies that reflect the company’s commitment to superior customer care.
6. Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to ensure our competitive edge in customer service. Contribute to the development of training materials and resources for team members to foster a culture of continuous learning.
### Key Requirements:
1. Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM platforms and order management systems is highly desirable.
2. Educational Background:
A degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory based on experience.
3. Personality Traits:
Driven: Demonstrates initiative and a strong desire to achieve personal and team goals. Resourceful: Shows adeptness in problem-solving and utilizing available resources to support customer needs effectively.
4. Soft Skills:
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with various departments in a remote environment, promoting a culture of cooperation and mutual support. Innovation: Willingness to think creatively and contribute new ideas to improve customer service processes and practices.
5. Technical Skills:
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital communication tools. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management software is a plus.
