Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 OTE per annum

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Branch Manager to lead our Portadown team.
Your leadership will shape the success of our recruitment endeavours and contribute to the growth of our Agency.
Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic direction and leadership to the recruitment team, driving performance and achieving business objectives.
* Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Recruitment Consultants, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base and revenue streams.
* Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing strategies to optimize team and individual performance.

Qualifications / Experience:
* Minimum Level 2/GCSE English and Maths qualifications.
* Proven experience in a management role within the recruitment industry.
* Strong understanding of the Industry and current market trends.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
