This role is critical in driving our talent acquisition strategy and partnering with business leaders to attract, select, and retain top talent. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging market insights and recruitment expertise to deliver a best-in-class hiring experience. A key focus will be on direct searching for candidates and implementing creative attraction strategies.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Partnership:Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Provide expert advice on talent acquisition trends, market conditions, and best practices.Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment of recruitment processes with business objectives.Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates through direct search methods, including headhunting, social media, networking, and referrals.Utilise creative attraction strategies to engage passive candidates and build a diverse talent pipeline.Conduct thorough candidate assessments through interviews, skills testing, and reference checks.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.Creative Attraction Strategies:Develop and implement innovative recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.Leverage social media platforms, industry events, webinars, and content marketing to enhance our reach and appeal to potential candidates.Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging recruitment content, including job postings, videos, and blog posts.Process Improvement:Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Implement innovative sourcing techniques and tools to stay ahead of industry trends.Track and analyse key recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.Team Management:Lead, coach, and develop a small team of Talent Acquisition consultants to ensure best-in-service is being received by internal customers.Promote the Talent Acquisition team as a centre of excellence delivering true expertise in partnership to the business.Employer Branding:Work with the Head of Talent Acquisition and collaborate with the marketing team to develop and promote the employer brand.Create engaging recruitment content and campaigns to attract top talent.Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities.Compliance and Reporting:Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on recruitment activities and outcomes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner or similar role, preferably within services-based industry.Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, direct sourcing techniques, and employment laws.Demonstrated creativity in developing and executing talent attraction strategies.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.High level of integrity and confidentiality.
