You will complete either ACCA or CIMA qualification and finish the Programme as a fully qualified accountant.What we promise you:It is our aim to nurture and support graduates who want to learn, add value, and become future leaders.You will be assigned a business leader as a mentor to guide you on your journey and help you accelerate your personal and professional growth.You will work closely with your buddy to help you navigate through the day-to-day aspects of programmeYou will participate in a development programme, helping you build strong business, networking and communication skills.You will be fully supported to achieve ACCA or CIMA qualifications, fully funded by Uniphar Medtech.A collaborative, fun and rewarding team environment to help your developmentResponsibilitiesThe role includes:Responsible for preparation of accounting entries in line with IFRS.General ledger/Month end close process.Financial reporting – working closely with various teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements.Support Management reporting with analysis/reconciliation of large volumes of data.Internal and External Audit support.Ensuring all monthly general ledger reconciliations are completed.Assist with Process Improvements.Experience And RequirementsHold or expect a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related discipline at level 2:1 or higherHave fluent English.Must have graduated in the last 2 years (2023 to 2025)Eligibility to work in the EU without visa restrictions (i.e., hold an EU or EEA passport) –requiredStrong organisational skills and ability to manage own time effectivelyMotivated self-starter with the determination and drive to succeedComfortable within a changing environment, enthusiastic and energeticWillingness to relocate across Europe or the US is a key requirementCommitted to gaining a professional accounting qualificationWillingness to work closely within growing Finance team and with Cross functional stakeholders.What can you expect€27,000 annual salary plus €6,000 rental / cost of living allowanceExam support21 Days Holidays3 Year’s investment in your development through our Graduate Programme
