My client, a prominent accounting and business advisory firm in Ireland, is seeking an experienced Forensic Accounting Manager due to ongoing growth. This role presents an opportunity to join one of Ireland's leading forensic accounting teams, working on diverse assignments involving forensic accounting, fraud investigations, and disputes.

The Role:
Manage a portfolio of investigation and dispute cases
* Support the development of case strategies and work plans for complex matters
* Gather and critically assess evidence; liaise with third parties as needed
* Forensically analyse financial information and other relevant evidence
* Prepare high-quality written reports and output for formal uses, including legal proceedings
* Maintain detailed workpapers and well-organised evidence and case files

Responsibilities:
Support ongoing business development initiatives and manage/build relationships with clients and intermediaries
* Coach and support junior team members
* Contribute to the financial and commercial management of the unit, including budgeting/forecasting and invoicing/debtor management

Requirements:
A qualified ACA/ACCA accountant with 2-3 years post-qualified experience (PQE)
* Experience in forensic accounting and investigation, ideally 2+ years
* Demonstrate the capacity to analyse and assimilate large volumes of complex material and quickly identify key issues
* Experience in managing a team while delivering multiple assignments to a diverse client-base
* Excellent report writing skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to foster trusted relationships with clients and intermediaries, combined with strong commercial acumen and expertise
* Good work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude and approach to work
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment
