Your Role:

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Supervise our team of Activity Operators, Shop staff, and Cleaners to ensure all duties are carried out to best-in-class levels.
2. Provide cover for the team of Activity Operators, Shop Staff, and Cleaners by performing their duties as required.
3. Assist in daily operations of the site, including opening & closing, and leading the Team on a daily basis.
4. Assist with daily site management tasks, like preparing daily rosters, daily Team brief, safe count, staff ongoing training, and supervision.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service across the site, ensuring the Team on site does the same.
6. Ensure our operations are aligned to EAK Germany.
7. Create and embed a culture of organisational excellence.
8. Create and embed a culture of delivering a seamless, safe, and enjoyable experience for visitors and staff.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €15.00-€17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
