Job Description
ServiceNow seeks an experienced Director, EMEA Mid-Market Solution Consulting to join our leadership team.
This leadership role will oversee the EMEA Mid-Market SCs and the EMEA Mid-Market SC leadership team.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in solution consulting, a strong background in the mid-market space, and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams to deliver complex solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the EMEA team of Mid-Market solution consultants, ensuring alignment with overall company goals while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
* Develop and execute the strategic vision for the EMEA Mid-Market Solution Consulting team.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them understand how ServiceNow can drive digital transformation and solve their business challenges.
* Partner with the sales leadership team to define and drive go-to-market strategies.
* Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of solutions by implementing best practices, processes, and tools.
* Cultivate a high-performing, engaged team through mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities.
* Stay on top of industry trends and customer needs, adapting strategies to meet the evolving demands of the Mid-Market segment.
Qualifications
* Experience: 7+ years of experience in solution consulting, with at least 5 years in leadership roles overseeing solution consultants or similar functions in the Mid-Market space.
* Deep understanding of the Mid-Market customer segment, including their unique challenges, opportunities, and buying behaviors.
* Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, develop, and guide teams.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong focus on driving results, with a proven ability to meet and exceed business goals.
