Audit Manager- County Meath Accountancy Practice
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant with practice experience to join a dynamic and growing firm. Working closely with Audit Partners, the successful candidate will manage a broad portfolio of audit and audit-exempt engagements, while leading a forward-thinking team of finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Client Service
* Oversee and manage the delivery of high-quality client service across all engagements
* Lead a diverse portfolio of audit and audit-exempt assignments
* Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent client satisfaction
* Identify and proactively address client concerns and issues
Risk Management
* Conduct comprehensive audit file reviews
* Manage audit risk and ensure compliance with relevant standards
* Prepare files for Partner review
Team Leadership & Talent Development
* Lead and mentor a team of trainee accountants
* Foster team development and promote a cohesive work culture
* Deliver technical training and support within the audit team
* Approve and review timesheets and staff time allocations
* Monitor and manage work-in-progress (WIP) monthly
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified accountant with 2–3 years’ post-qualification experience in an audit role
* Strong technical knowledge of auditing and financial reporting standards
* Proven ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
* Understanding of risk and compliance within audit functions
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience in the SME sector is highly desirable
